With the news about the ferry strike still fresh, and with the lackluster fishing, we all decided to just hang out at the rental townhouse for the day. If we had to stay longer or if we had to fly back, we were going to be out some money, and we didn't need to tempt ourselves to spend any more. A couple weeks ago, we had already booked a private fishing charter for tomorrow, so we took it easy today.
We cooked some bacon in the oven and had a nice breakfast.
I went through photos from our Katmai National Park trip, and I worked on updating the Journal since the place had pretty good Wi-Fi.
Linda and Esther worked on their jigsaw puzzle, and started another when they finished.
We took naps and showers and did some laundry.
Not much else to tell for today. But we are looking forward to the fishing charter tomorrow. Hopefully, it will be more productive than the others we've had so far.
