Hope you have all your ID stuff for a FL DL. As a women you even have to show your name changes. As in a birth certificate and then your marriage license to prove the chain of name changes. Every time I think I have everything, there is something missing.

Wow! So glad all worked out. Buying a vehicle in a different state than you want to register it is a pain. We bought our Jeep in CA and needed it registered in PA. Our poor daughter was our runner.
I sure hope your new AquaGo is quiet and unsmelly. We parked between two units that had some kind of different water heating thing. It gave off a terrible exhaust smell every time it came on and we had to go inside. It was also VERY loud. I sure hope the others aren't this loud. It wasn't fun being the neighbor.

Crazy for sure!! If you guys want to come by Flagler Beach and CHILL we would love to see you!

When we changed our driver licenses to Florida in Green Cove Springs it was a painless process. We didn't have to show our marriage license as Pats previous license was in her married name.
However vehicle titles and registration were a different matter. They would not issue them without having Florida based insurance . Our insurance was with State Farm in Pennsylvania and they would not accept it. I contacted the local State Farm agent in Green Cove Springs and they wouldn't issue a policy as we are full timers. One call to Miller Insurance in Oregon took care of that problem.
Wishing both of you wonderful times and memories in the new motorhome.
Jim & Pat

I was wondering how you felt about hearing and living amongst the sounds of a motorhome banging across our nation’s highways. I sometimes miss the blissful ignorance of riding in a truck towing my home.

We've got all our docs. Checked the list multiple times. :)

Sounds like you may have been between motorhomes with an Aqua-Hot. They are very noisy, but the AquaGo is quieter than traditional water heaters.

You live what we call a "Charmed Life!!" If you believe it will work out...IT WILL:o))

Thanks, Howard! Good to know that there is something quieter.

The worst roads for us thus far as been Missouri! We are 65 ft (tow trailer with car) moved the car around in the trailer. NY State wasn't very good either, even paying a toll! Glad you are safely there and have fun with all the paperwork.

Allegiant Airlines??? Really??? Have you read the reviews from May/June 2018? Have you seen the "60 MINUTES" segment about Allegiant Airlines? You may want to rethink your plans.

I'll second your opinion on the condition of Indiana roads. There was one section we passed going around Indianapolis where there was hubcap after hubcaps lining the sides of the road. I bet it is a whole new world for y'all being able to look behind you and see your home and what that bump just did. With our fifth wheel, we just look at each other with big eyes as we come bouncing out of a huge rut and say "Oh that wasn't good".

Wow that is so interesting. Part of the reason I turned in my company car was I thought I would need to drive it to Florida for a VIN inspection. I should have done more research obviously because I didn’t even know such a sharing as you did was possible. Pretty cool and saves you the drive to Florida. I wondered how you were going to work through that. Thanks for sharing

We too have a Green Cove Springs address
Thru Miller ins, we got FL insurance
We were in N Fort Myers and I went to the local Lee county DMV, left with FL plates and regi
for our motorhome and car. I know Jacksonville isn't far from GCS, and maybe you just want to visit SBI : )
