Well, looks great and can't wait to see where your new adventures take you two. I just keep remembering the mantra..."It's All About The Batteries!" ;o))

Wishing you safe travels and wonderful adventures!!!

Really nice, super professional install.

So are you actually "plugging" the rig into the inverter (with a 20 to 30 amp adapter) or is there a change over switch? Nothing wrong with this method. Did that in our other rig. Just curious.

As a note - if you do forget to turn off the breaker to the battery charger when running on the inverter it will likely pop the battery charger breaker immediately, not just be inefficient. ("Ask me how I know this. {Grin})

Thanks for posting Howard. I was wondering what you had installed. Looks Great! Can you tell me the wire size you ran from the combiner box on the roof to the MPPT?

John, I'll verify, but I believe it was #2 welding wire.

I have my battery charger off 95% of the time. My solar system and your should keep those batteries charged. My 2ยข
