This was definitely the way to see the caves and get some kayaking time without a sea kayak! I really like this idea. If we get back that way we may follow your lead. I would be great to explore the caves on our own. I,also, would just love to kayak on that crystal clear water. caves are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing the videos:)

A really nice post Howard.. You spent a lot of time putting that one together and it shows.. You'll look back on it when the days get long at the summer workamper job and enjoy a day well spent....

Great post! Evin and I really enjoyed that area. Seeing you two kayaking reminded me of kayaking with Wayne & Renea and Linda & you at Blackwater State Park in Florida.

Thnaks, as always, for sharing your experience! That would be considered a perfect day for me! Never been to WI but now want to go!

Absolutely stunning! I've lived in Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois and Kansas and didn't know those islands were there. WOW!

Amazing! Would love to do that but I am sure will never get the chance so I thank you for taking me there..

What an incredible place to kayak!

Thanks for the amazing videos and pictures. I felt like I was right there with you. Your blog posts always draw me in and your narrative is wonderful.

Adventures like this are why we are full timers. I am adding the Apostle Is on our must visit list when we make it to the other coast.

Wow, that's a day for the record books!
What a gorgeous place. So great that you were able to bring the Sea Eagle along with you and get into those caves!
