Thanks, Howard, this is just what we needed to know. I guess we'll go ahead and call now for an appointment next Nov/Dec since we know where we are headed for the winter.

We have an appointment with them next month on the 17th. Where will you guys be by then?

We'll be down in Seffner, FL near Tampa for the week of the 16th doing some training. It's about an hour from Hudson.

The following week, we'll be at the Thousand Trails Three Flags park near The Villages visiting Linda's Mom and preparing to fly to the Chattanooga RV Show late in the week.

Really appreciate this detail Howard and will be looking forward to your reports on how the windows do. We had talked to them at the Tampa show in 2013 but had read some not so hot reports on how many times people had to go back to have the windows fixed again so we had put it on the back burner. Hope your experience turns out to be great. We only have two, but I'd really like to get them done.

I think I might go crazy with cardboard on all the windows, not to mention the cats could escape. Yikes.

We had something done to ours at the Alfa rally. On site, about $100 per window. One refogged a little in a year, the other two are fine. These were smaller side windows.

I have heard so many great things about this company... and your step by step explanation is wonderful!!!!

Would you be willing to tell us how many of your panes had to be replaced? We really appreciate you sharing about this. We have some windows that are already somewhat fogged and are considering having them done.

Yes, I should have mentioned that. Fortunately, we didn't have to replace any panes. All of our glass was still in good shape. I went back in and included that bit of information. Thanks for asking.

Great information and well documented, as always! Thanks Howard :-)

Nice job of detailing all the steps involved.
