This was just the greatest entry today. The story is so heart-warming. Glad you made the connections and got to see the play. For you to be in Fort Peck when you were, to have family members there and to have a relative in the play sure makes you think about someone guiding you there. thanks for sharing.

Amazing story! Great that Ron connected you. In Ft Peck, of all places!

And that's why I always read your journals every day first thing! One never knows what you are going to write about. Your journals are more than about travelling and seeing new places. They are about one couple's experiences of life going through different places and stages and commenting on things that occur to them, good and bad.

Wow!

As you say....serendipitous! In spades!!

Glad that you are able to see your birth mom one more time. I can see where you get your rugged good looks from now.

As usual, I am glued and sitting in my chair waiting for the next Howard and Linda installment (my god, someone should do a reality show of you two)

Guy

What a wonderful coincidence! Life has a way of making things happen. So glad you got to reconnect. Howard, you really do look like your birth mother.

Small world at times.

I agree with Kay, Howard. What a heartwarming story! Do you believe in God's perfect timing? I do! God bless you, and best wishes... wherever the road of life leads you!

Nice visit! I can see the resemblance; in fact, I'd say she even looks a little bit like your Mom (Anita).

Love your story! We are blessed with 2 adopted children and wonder if they will have siblings to connect with one day too! Always enjoy your photos of your travels too! Diana Ellingsworth Russell PS I remember Linda in JHS productions :)

This is very emotional Howard. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Amazing reunion! So glad that you got to see your family and spend more time with them. Thank you for sharing this heartwarming story.

Love how you share your life and it's special mementos with us! You have your birth mom's smile!!

Howard,

if you guys ever get in back to Dodgeville, WI area and the House on the Rock, make sure you take in a show at:

http://americanplayers.org/plays-and-tickets/up-the-hill-theatre

It is a small theater that is outdoors. They now have an indoor one also though. Pretty much does a lot of Shakespeare plays. But with the outdoor setting it is really a neat show.

Such a great story...I am always amazed at the easy life works sometimes.

Sheesh, the "way" life works...
