Sounds like your having a great time. Keep the daily journal updates flowing for us who can't hit the road just yet.

During day travels, how does one keep a free site occupied when you don't have an extra vehicle to leave behind?

Would simply leaving a erected dining fly or some other objects behind suffice?

Welcome to Montana--we hope you enjoy your time here--we certainly love it!

Yep, Montana digs out the whole road during some of their repairs. When we came through one of those construction sites, our MH actually drug as we went around the repair site.

I didn't think we were going to make it either, but we did.

Have fun,

OK, Howard and Linda. Deb and I are drooling. That looks like a great place to be.

Gorgeous area! What magnificent scenery! I am sure you are going to enjoy your visit...may be tough to leave! Looking forward to pictures.

WOW! Great pics and it looks like your having a grand time! Have a great time! I'm looking forward to your next post!

Montana is our favorite state also, have fun and keep us informed.

Beautiful pics! Now we're curious, you have cell coverage with Verizon, do you also have data? We considered this for a place to stay this summer but after looking at coverage maps decided it wouldn't work. Now we might have to reconsider.

Ruth,

Yes, we do have Verizon Data coverage. Actually, the data coverage is better than the phone coverage. On the Verizon coverage map, both campgrounds are in a white, no-service area, but there is 3G coverage shown all around. When we turn our Jetpack on, it takes a little while, but three bars of 3G service eventually comes up. I'm guessing it would be more solid if I put up our trucker antenna and used our Wilson Sleek.
