Comments

We stayed at Tie Flume a Forest Service campground in the Big Horns about a month ago and it was beautiful. You have to go down a dirt road for about 6-8 miles but it was worth it. We had our back window looking out across a valley and stream that was just fantastic. It was definitely an "it" place. There are several campgrounds to choose from. The elevation on the plateau is about 8500 feet so it should be cooler. Have fun!

Howard, how much does it cost to be weighed?

I like the comment on bighornmountains.com:

"Visit Wyoming's Big Horns, if you can stand the quiet."

Michael,
Wheel-by-wheel weighing through RVSEF is $60.
