So, the water pressure/flow/regulator entry took awhile. :) Hope there was some useful information there.
On Sunday, we didn't do much in the morning. In the afternoon, it turned out to be the most humid day we've had since we've been here.
Ted, Dave, & I played golf. It was one of those stellar perfomances on my part. I shot a 40 on the front and I was feeling pretty good. And then I couldn't do much of anything right on the back. Yep, Mr. Consistency 40 - 52. Nice. :)
While we were playing, Linda worked hard and got her half barrels filled with rock, fill dirt, and potting soil. Now she has tomatoes ...

and bell peppers ...

planted on our patio. :)
And she has some flowers on our picnic table.

Yep, I'd say we are officially "moved in" for the summer. :)
At 7:00, the five workamping couples got together under the tent pavilion to discuss upcoming projects, go over schedules, and talk about fun and interesting things to do in the area.
It was a very quiet Sunday.
Today, I was back on the web doing various research such as finding local and surrounding county population and demographics data. I also met with Jack and had some discussions about the resort.
Linda spent all day gardening in one of the golf course flower beds. So, if you play golf here, check out the flowers on the number 2 tee. :)
It was hot and humid today. We had to turn the air conditioner on and it ran all day. I can't remember the last time we've had the air on that long. Our last two summer jobs were at 4500 and 8000 feet, and we might have turned the air on a day or two each of the last two summers.
Other than that, not much to tell today. Tomorrow, we're supposed to be back on the river doing some more clean-up of low hanging branches. Ninety degrees won't seem so bad standing in the cool water. :)
Hopefully, we'll make a lot of progress and we'll get finished in one or two more times out.
Well, that's all I've got. We have some visitors coming at the end of the week, so we'd better hurry up and get our hours in. This flex-schedule is pretty nice. :)
I grew up in Detroit, and I don't remember very days in the 90's. We didn't have air conditioning - pretty much nobody did - and we just slept with the windows open and as far as I can recall it was always comfortable. At any rate, I'm just glad to hear that some of those lingering cold temps from earlier in your stay are gone.

I hate to tell you Howard, you are in the midwest now, even Michigan gets HOT. And I am not sure if anyone has broken the news to you or not, but the state bird is the mosquito. Now, when you are ready to cool off and have a nice breeze, head for Mackinac Island. Wonderful there!Enjoy, love your patio!!
