Can't wait to be able to say the same things. Four months to part-time; nine months to full-time. Oh! that's right, there is the little matter of selling the house.

Happy turkey day Howard and Linda. We both enjoy reading your blog everyday. Keep it up. Our plans may bring us to Benson later next month (no specific dates yet) and we were planning on stopping in at the Saguaro SKP park, so maybe we'll be able to run into you guys again (last time was in Arches NP).

See ya,

Happy Thanksgiving to both of you!

When you figure in the inconvenience of hauling and lugging the propane tanks around for fill, (I know the SKP park there fills them onsite) the electrictity is just as cheap....
We will be in Benson for the HDT rally just before the Gypsy Journal Rally in Feb. Then on to our lot at North Ranch, near Wickenburg...for the rest of the winter...
Enjoy AZ.! Sierra Vista is a neat little town. My son was stationed there in the Army. We have been around there a lot... Tell Jerry and Suzi Hi for us!!!

Hey Howard and Linda,

Happy Thanksgiving to you two, and all of the RV Dreams family. Special thanks for allowing us into your corner of the 'net on a daily basis.

We mirrored what you did yesterday, as Bruce and I went down to Dreamcatcher SKP park for dinner. It was fun. Not as many people there as at Saguaro, but a nice time was had by all.

Here's to a thankful remainder of 2008 and a prosperously thankful 2009!

Since I don't like hearing the heater going off and on all night, I am going to try an electric blanket on our bed in our 5th wheel.

Of course that will make it cold in the morning but we can run the heater a bit when we are up.

Seems like an electric blanket will use less power also?

We RVers do have a lot to be thankful for, even during these trying times. We have the freedom to see this beautiful country and meet the nicest people. A lot to be thankful for.

Wishing everyone a happy holiday and hoping 2009 will be a good year for all.

Hey! I saw my picture on your blog! Do I get residuals for that? No, hunh? OK, thought so.

We didn't have pork tenerloin at our table, but we did have a delicious honey ham. Glad you were here for the celebration, and yes, we will get to see more of each other while you're in Benson.

Re the electric usage. If you can be plugged in and still have the fridge on propane, you will have a big saving as the fridge really gobbles up the power.Last year in Mexico on metered power,I saved a dollar a day by staying on propane. We had a rainy thanksgiving at Roper Lake too.Nice snow dusting on Mt Graham.

Small world!

Hi Allison (SKOOBDO), hope to see you at Q.
