I like dead tree pictures, too. Here are 3 I have stored on my PC.

Bryce Canyon:

Yes, that white stuff is snow - and it was May 10th.

Another at Bryce:

And, finally, one that you have seen several times because it is (or at least it was in 2003) alongside the trail to Landscape Arch:

Geez. Here I thought my eyesight was getting better only to learn that Howard is using a larger size of type. Oh well - it is appreciated nonetheless.

If you get back to Ken's Lake, there is a geocache up the road in the cliffs.

Congrats on the new outlet for your jewelry Linda!

Linda, congratulations! I am thrilled for you that your jewelry is now carried in stores. You are amazing, having found this talent in yourself. Continued good luck with the line.

Aha! No wonder I can see it better! Thanks Howard. :)

Good Luck on the jewelry "coup". Hope she's sells lots and lots of stuff for ya!

Great photos today.

I noticed the increased font size and appreciate it Thanks H

Howard, I went to the Leki website to check out the trekking poles. How in the world did you figure out which ones to buy? I couldn't find any info in what separates the different offerings. Did you just throw a dart?

Hey Ray,

The decision on the Leki poles did not come from much scientific research. :)

I had gotten a $100 gift certificate for Cabela's and they had one set of Leki poles for about $100. So we got them. :)

They are the 2007 Tour Cor-Tec AS model. I looked on Cabela's website this morning and they were no longer listed. Go figure. But they are on the Leki site.

Anyway, be careful in searching for trekking poles online. Pay close attention to whether the price is for "poles" or "pole". Some of them are $100 per pole. :)
