Congrats to your Louisville Cardinals. They played great and blasted my Sooners. The Sooners still have a lot of work to do before they are in Louisville's class. I hope they do well int he tourney!!

Having someone in those photos really gives one a better feel for the enormous size of some of those arches. Really beautiful and rugged country. Thanks Howard. Marty

Hello you two. Hope you had a nice Easter. Like the bracelet Linda, good job. Again, enjoy your pics Howard. One thing we like about that part of the country and the mountains in Colorado, you CAN find hikes where their aren't a lot of people. Enjoy seeing your hikes, the only bad part is we're not there with you. Maybe some day we'll be there at the same time. Have a good one.

Looks like you also caught my love for "bare" trees.
Looks like Linda can design a bracelet for any occasion. The arch one is really neat.

Greetings from the other side of the LaSal mountains!
I just wanted to thank you for all the photos and commentary of the various trails. Some of us are not so fortunate to be able to experience them firsthand...for me it is osteoporosis, both knees are shot and in constant pain. We love exploring on our ATVs but more and more trails are being closed to us.
Your campground adventures remind me of the two summers I spent as manager for a 60 unit primitive campground at a CO mountain lake. Only difference...I had to clean the latrines and had NO days off!Keep the positive attitude!
Linda, love the bracelet!

I'm glad you liked the recipe (it was mine)! We are scurrying around getting our house ready to list next month. My husband is retiring Nov. 25, then we plan to hit the road full time for at least 2 years. I have read your journal since the very beginning, so I'm not new, just a "lurker"! Now my husband is hooked on it too!
