I was also worried about "brain cells" when I retired last year. Since you like gadgets, you may like the Nintendo DS and the game BrainAge. BrainAge has several memory games including Sudoku. It starts out with a BrainAge check, then adds different training exercises each day. The first time I used it, my brain age was in the 80s because it didn't like the way I said "blue." My last check was in the 20s. The main thing is that it is fun and I really do think it has improved my memory.

Just remember that moving on a rainy day still beats any day at work.

I have stayed at Denton Ferry a few times, and the Trout fishing is the best in the country. The water flow is a little light right now, but if you go upstream a bit, and fish by the floating docks of the river homes, you are sure to catch a stringer of Trout. There is a outfitter just upstream, that sells licenses and lures. They will set you up. It is a 5 minutes walk from the campground. You can launch your boat right there as well. Good luck!

Ha,Ha, this is one of your funniest stories! Just so you know, I'm laughing with you....not at you! and laughing and laughing!

Hi! Welcome to the twin lakes area! We are about 11 miles from you in Mountain Home. You can go to Buffalo River if you go back to Hwy 62 and so back west about a mile and turn on the next blacktop road on the left Hwy 101 go about 10 miles and you are there,it's only about 12 miles from you now, It dumps into the white river that you are on now. Have a great day! Robert

Hi Howard:

We like to think we are in control but are we really? Listen to your wife, things happen for a reason. Go with it and don't worry. It is worry that kills brain cells! You may never know why you moved that day but there was a reason.
