Now I want to see some of those beautiful pics of fish when you catch them!! Good beginners Luck.

We've taken canoe trips were we've put in and paddled downstream, set up camp on the river somewhere then set out the next day for more. We love doing this, especially if there's not very many people around. We're envious of your chance of doing this. But then again we're envious of your current lifestyle as well. Still counting the years... :-(

ALL RIGHT! Way to get out there guys! Real boondocking with a flyrod, and a pair of them to boot! I can't get any better than that can it? Open with a lesson, work at it for a few months and take a followup lesson in the spring. Both of you will be candidates for A River Runs Through It in no time. MotoSat doesn't make a tent model, yet, but I can't wait for the post. ENJOY!

Nice to see you guys back in the adventure mode, I hope you have a great time fishing. When you get to Texas you have to catch a redfish somewhere along the coast. Did you know that no Fishing liscense is required to fish from the shore or a pier at a State Park in Texas. (check with each Park as some restrictions may apply)
