Soooo Howard, who finished first? you or Wes?

Howard I like you would rather not move my trailer especially if it is level to dump/so just do it carefully. Also at my house we have inside and outside jobs. So using the blueboy is my job/btw when do you store the blueboy?

I can definately agree with the "I should have done it sooner" comment. We were going to wait until retirement age to start fulltiming, but have seen that phrase so many times in various web sites that we decided to do it sooner. We've been fulltime in the RV since 7/28 and I will quit working on 10/13 (How appropriate that my last day of full time work will be Friday the 13th - I love it). Anyway, I don't think we'll have any regrets for starting earlier rather than waiting another 3 to 5 years. Move over, we're on our way!!!!

Karen, Wes finished first, but of course I had the trailer ball hitch problem and I actually got blocked in before I could take my last load. But he got interrupted too. My guess is it would have been a photo finish in an uninterrupted race. :)

Paul, we leave the blue boy outside as long as we are parked to let the elements clean it as much as possible and to let it air out. Then I do a final clean-up with soap & water, before stowing it in the basement.

About your comments on where you are headed. Surprising to me when we went there, but South Dakota was an amazing thing to see. Mt. Rushmore and the Crazy Horse statue are really incredible things to see in person and you can't miss either. The top thing to see however is Custer State Park. The experience with the animals is wonderful. Buffalo everywhere, including the campgrounds! Quite a feeling to see a buffalo instead of a dear munching 20 feet away from your campsite. The drive you can take through the park is so much fun. We stopped in the middle of buffalo herds and were 2 feet from these massive guys. You can feed the burros in the park and they will stick their heads right into your vehicle. GREAT place, include it in your plans and you will never regret it.
