« "Homesickness" & A Delightful Evening | Main | Memorial Day »

Today is the BIG Memorial Day Garage Sale for us to get into preparation for our fulltiming which is going to start on October 1, 2006.

Watching this stuff go out the door at pennies on the dollar for what we paid for it, has made us realize that we have been trapped by these material things for so many years.

Your website has made us realize that life is just to short to be burdened by these "Things"!

I have spent the time to read every single word you have published; THANK YOU for the inspiration!

Robbie (and Alice) Simons

AMEN! I couldn't have said it better myself. Everything you write is absolutely true. And since I am older than you, and was personally a hippie in the 60's, I can vouch for that which you speak. It is so satisfying to have found this life. And in turn, people like yourselves.
P.S. If you're a rabid reader like Fred, he completed his read of your entire blogging history in 6 days!

Greetings from Birmingham,
Al. Guess it's time to come out of the shadows and let you know that we also discovered your site a
few months back and after many evenings catching up on your wonderful adventure
,we also look forward to your daily entries.
Our plan at this time is to go fulltime after my wife retires next year-I retired last June. Your
journal is inspiring and
thought provoking. We also
appreciate the great campground reports.
Keep up the good work and hope to cross paths with you and your Linda sometime.

Hubby and I are part of your everyday audience here reading posts each day. Right now we are spending a wk in Mesa Verde camped half mile from the this wonderful place. We shall be going back home in a few days only to have more sales then house will go up for sale. Being collectors our collection has been very enjoyable to us but now a hinder in also watching it go out the door.
