I love my Porter cable compressor, Howard. It's perfect for an RVer's needs.

Don't forget to stop at the Abbey Monastery Bakery on the way to Copper Harbor. We looked up the 6th Ave Market in Ashland when we were going thru and had some darn good brauts, thanks to your blog.

I was originally a "Yooper" and Jesse's brother, Mike, a geologist, just told me that the Celts, local Indians and Phoenicians mind the copper in Copper Harbor in 500-800 BC. The ought you might find that interesting.
Enjoy your stay in the UP!

Mined, not mind!

We love our Porter Cable compressor as well - picked it up at your recommendation and it's been great! 158 miles today was our longest since we went fulltime (and it was plenty). Looks like a sweet little park on the water!
