Whew! Yesterday's Journal entry took a long time. :)
At least we got our minds off the Rally for a day while we enjoyed the Okefenokee. But today, it was back to work.
As much as we hated giving up this gorgeous day, it was our best opportunity to get most of remaining preparations done for the Rally. And the "warden" wasn't letting me go anywhere. :)
She did a load of laundry this morning, and the only time I was let out of the RV was to fetch a missing sock. I should have made a run for it then. :)
Now, it helped that the park decided to pave the campground road today. So, it was kind of like we were in a construction zone for a few hours. The dust, the noise, and the smell made it a good day to close up the rig, turn the air on, and keep our heads down.
So, that's what we did.
There is still a little work to do, but Linda is feeling much, much better now. We might even get to play another day or two before the Rally. :)
Tomorrow, we move on to a half-way point between here and Myrtle Beach. It's my understanding that we already have a few RV-Dreamers at the Willow Tree RV Resort. We'll see you soon! :)
